Restaurant Territory Terms

Restaurant Territory offers paid sponsored placement on its interactive map. Gold, Silver and Bronze positions are advertising placements and do not represent editorial rankings, reviews, endorsements or claims that one restaurant is better than another.

A restaurant may purchase an available position at the price displayed at checkout. Positions may later be taken by another buyer according to the current takeover price shown on the website.

If two buyers attempt to purchase the same position at the same price, the first successfully processed purchase keeps the position and the other payment is automatically refunded.

Restaurants are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit, including names, websites, addresses and other business information, is accurate and that they have the right to use it.

Restaurant Territory may remove fraudulent, misleading, illegal or abusive listings.

Payments and refunds are processed through Stripe.
