Refund & Placement Policy

Gold, Silver and Bronze positions on Restaurant Territory are paid sponsored advertising placements. They are not editorial rankings or endorsements.

A buyer receives the selected position when payment is successfully processed and the position is still available at the price paid.

If another buyer acquires the same position first, or if the position price has already changed before the purchase is processed, the losing payment is automatically refunded.

Successful purchases are generally non-refundable once the sponsored position has been assigned, except where required by law or where Restaurant Territory determines that an error occurred.

A position may later be taken over by another buyer at the current takeover price displayed on the website. Purchasing a position does not guarantee permanent ownership.

Restaurant Territory may remove listings that are fraudulent, misleading, illegal, abusive or that violate these policies.
